In this last Intercidades of the week, Rita Ferro Rodrigues takes us on a journey that begins in the village of Espinhal, in Sabugal, with the beekeeper and artist Beatriz Rodrigues. We go live to Alto Alentejo, where Marcos Pinto shows us the opening of the Sabores e Saberes do Porco Alentejano Festival in Arronches, with the special presence of Chef Vítor Sobral. We visit iconic monuments such as Quinta da Regaleira and Quinta da Aveleda, and explore the art of wood carving with Ricardo Cupertino. In biology, we uncover the mystery of swallows and the rarity of the "left-handed snail." The program ends with an in-depth conversation with psychotherapist Rosa Valgy about her mental health project in Chelas, "Bairro vs. Mente."
