AIM Group International supported the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation in the integrated operational management of the Winter Olympic Games, coordinating activities, logistics, and local and central teams across the different districts involved.
The project focused in particular on accommodation management for athletes, staff, and stakeholders, with more than 1,200 contracted accommodation facilities, 26,000 guaranteed rooms, and 375,000 room nights managed across Milan, Cortina, Val di Fiemme, Val di Sole, Bormio, and Verona.
Through a structured and integrated operational system, AIM contributed to ensuring continuity, efficiency, and coordination between venues, transport, and hospitality, creating a replicable model for the management of major international events.
