Latest event: Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner for 320 pax, March 10, 2026, for S&P Global. Kelana DMC was tasked to plan, organize, and execute the event, presenting two concepts during a two-month planning phase. Scope included venue scouting, stage production (14m x 6m curved LED), AV, lighting, branding, custom décor, F&B, entertainment, show direction, transport, safety, and security.
     Venue: Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (Hall 1–5). Partner Hotel: The Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua.

Special requirements included a dedicated website with payment gateway, full transport coordination, VIP services for 20 executives, optional tours, and a hospitality desk (Mar 9–15), ensuring a seamless and high-end guest experience throughout the program.
