Geneviève has 30 years' of global experience in congress management and strategic consulting for associations and destinations. She works as a content curator, facilitator, speaker and trainer across the association meetings and business tourism industry, specializing in sustainability and social impact. Geneviève is passionate about applying design‑thinking practices to help organizations innovate with purpose.

In 2019, she founded #MEET4IMPACT with a vision to transform the business tourism industry by mobilizing professionals to generate positive societal impact. Through this work, Geneviève trains industry leaders and supports DMOs and association clients in defining, managing, measuring, and communicating the social impacts of their activities. She has developed an impact masterclass for professionals and co‑created the BE Impactful Framework — a structured model for measuring the positive outcomes of events.

When she’s not working, Geneviève enjoys the outdoors, sharing good meals with friends, and sailing whenever she can.
