Flawless Events
Yoadan Tilahun is the Founder and CEO of Flawless Events, an event management and production company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, delivering conferences and high‑level meetings across Africa. She leads the company’s strategic direction with a focus on structured execution and experience‑led event design.
Since founding Flawless Events in 2008, Yoadan has contributed to the growth of Ethiopia’s meetings and events industry, partnering with government institutions, international organizations and private‑sector clients. She has also guided the company’s evolution from event delivery to experience design, integrating meaningful participant experiences into professional gatherings.
Yoadan has been recognized as a MeetingsNet Changemaker, named among NBC’s 30 Transformational Leaders, and received the UNDP Ethiopia Seasoned Entrepreneur of the Year award. She serves on the Board of AMCHAM Ethiopia. She holds an MBA in International Business and completed executive training through the Stanford Seed program.
Actively engaged in advancing Africa’s meetings industry, Yoadan previously served as President of the Ethiopian MICE Association. Outside her professional work, Yoadan is committed to mentorship and is a mother of three.
