Daniel Lee Gray is the tour operations manager and trip and events planner at 8 Birds Tours and Events. He started his career as a writer and moved into video productions as talent and fixer. He started a food tour and cooking school company before moving on to making restaurants and founding his own tourism corporation. Some notable productions he has worked on was for Netflix’s Street Food Asia: Seoul and Anthony Bourdain’s Part’s Unknown. He is a father, avid cook, and cyclist.
