With a background in international business, Alessandro shifted from the oil and gas sector to create initiatives that empower communities and support sustainable growth.
Through Colors for Good, Alessandro leads projects that create meaningful work opportunities for women in vulnerable communities. His team designs customizable, sustainable products—such as lanyards, RFID‑enabled bracelets and event accessories—that help planners meet their goals while contributing to positive social and environmental outcomes. Alessandro has spoken at events around the world, connecting the industry’s sustainability ambitions with practical, purpose‑led solutions.
