Elinor Arbel is a global facilitator and executive coach working with organizations navigating transformation and complexity. She is the founder of the Israeli Inner Development Goals (IDG) Hub and an IDG Ambassador, supporting the integration of inner development capacities into leadership and organizational life.
With over 15 years of experience, Elinor has worked with leaders and executive teams across industries and sectors, focusing on leadership development, partnership building, trust, and purpose-driven performance. She is co-author of a book on partnership building in organizations and works internationally with senior leaders and facilitation communities.
Elinor is a certified organizational development consultant and an advanced facilitator in System Constellations. She is trained in Art of Hosting methodologies and certified in Lumina Learning and MBTI psychometric assessments. She holds an M.A. in Communication from the City University of New York (CUNY).
Outside her professional work, Elinor is involved in local regenerative farming initiatives, community-based leadership projects, and enjoys long reflective jogs in nature.
