Medina Dzonlic is a graduate in Tourism, Hotel and Event Management from Hochschule Fresenius, where she specialized in event management.
Her work focuses on inclusive corporate events and the question of how events can be designed to be accessible, engaging and meaningful for diverse audiences. In her bachelor thesis, developed in collaboration with CTC Events and Potenzial Pioniere GmbH, Medina examined the opportunities, potential and challenges of inclusive corporate events. The research has been selected for publication and will be released as a book contribution with Springer Gabler in 2026.
Through her academic and practical projects, Medina has gained experience in developing sustainable event and communication concepts, coordinating teams and presenting outcomes to stakeholders. She also completed an exchange semester in New York, gaining insight into intercultural collaboration and international approaches to event management.
