Chief Executive Officer
Business Events Sydney
Amanda Lampe is the CEO of Business Events Sydney. She joined the organization after a successful career across both corporate and government sectors, including senior executive roles with the Premier of New South Wales, Diageo, Cochlear and the Australian Securities Exchange. Amanda also served as Chief of Staff to former Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard.
Amanda is a Non‑Executive Director of Canberra Airport and The Australian Division of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and she previously served as Deputy Chair of Sydney WorldPride 2023. She is passionate about building high‑performance teams that are inclusive, focused on growth and committed to delivering meaningful impact. Amanda believes that when organizations collaborate within a dynamic network, they can amplify positive outcomes for society.
