Hilton
Zena Phillips leads sales operations for Hilton’s management services division, working with prospective ownership groups to grow Hilton’s portfolio of managed hotels across the Americas. She also oversees the pre-opening sales process for new properties, from deal signing through hotel opening.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Zena joined Hilton 18 years ago and has built her career across hotels in Toronto, New York, and Miami, including the Waldorf Astoria New York. Before her current role, she led the catering and events division for Hilton’s 300+ managed hotels in the Americas.
Zena holds a BA in International Development from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Florida. She received the Event Industry Council’s Global Pacesetter Award in 2018 and was named to the BizBash 500 Most Influential Event Professionals list in 2021 and Smart Women in Meetings Industry Leader in 2023.
