Mirko Korder is Managing Director of three interconnected organizations based in Wiesbaden, Germany: the Rhine River Rhinos wheelchair basketball club, Potenzial Pioniere GmbH and Inklusionsfit Institut GmbH.
A life-changing accident at the age of 13 shaped Mirko’s professional path. In 2013, he founded the Rhine River Rhinos wheelchair basketball division, reaching Germany’s first division by 2016. In 2024, he co-founded Potenzial Pioniere and Inklusionsfit Institut to translate lived experience into scalable solutions that bridge social mission and economic opportunity.
Mirko is a regular keynote speaker and an active voice on LinkedIn, where he challenges conventional thinking around inclusion, disability employment law and societal transformation. He has also been featured on the On the Way to New Work podcast.
