Rajeev Kohli, CIS, CITP, DMCP has spent more than three decade's passionately showcasing India and South Asia to the world. Born into the travel industry, he is the Joint Managing Director of Creative Travel, a second‑generation family‑owned destination management company with nearly five decade's of legacy. Working alongside his brother, Rajeev leads marketing and strategic development, helping position Creative Travel as South Asia’s most globally awarded DMC, with more than 97 international and national recognitions—including eight SITE Crystal Awards for excellence in incentive travel, the most earned by any Asian company.

A respected global industry leader, Rajeev is the Immediate Past President (2022–2025) of EUROMIC, the world’s oldest DMC alliance. He also serves on India’s Services Export Promotion Council under the Ministry of Commerce and is a member of national tourism committees for CII and ASSOCHAM. Rajeev became the first Asian Global President of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) in 2016 and 2017.

Rajeev has been named among the 100 Most Influential People in the Global Events Industry by Eventex (2024 and 2025) and, in 2021, became the first Asian inducted into the Events Industry Council Hall of Leaders, the industry’s highest lifetime honor. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and an honors degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. He also loves ice‑cream.
