Meeting Professionals International
Tim Luepke is Director of the MPI Academy at Meeting Professionals International, where he leads the advancement of professional development and education within the meetings and events industry. With a passion for lifelong learning, Tim oversees the development and delivery of innovative educational programs designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
His approach combines experiential learning with formal education, helping participants gain practical insight while connecting meaningfully with the material. Before MPI, Tim spent nearly two decades in live event operations, leading teams across large-scale events from creative design through technical execution for live, hybrid and virtual productions.
Tim is passionate about storytelling and committed to supporting the professional development of those around him. Outside work, he can often be found on the sidelines of his kids’ sporting events, walking his dogs through the woods, or trying something new each day.
