When is IMEX Frankfurt 2026?
IMEX kicks off with a free day of specialist education on Monday, May 18. Trade show runs from Tuesday, May 19 to Thursday, May 21, 2026.
Show opening times:
Attendees
Open to attendees from 9:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20 and 9:30am to 4pm on Thursday, May 21.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors have access to the exhibit hall from 7am on Tuesday, May 19 and 8am on Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21.
*To alleviate crowding we ask that exhibitors arrive before 9am.
Find your way round Messe Frankfurt

Hall 8: Show floor. There are two restrooms, two cafes and four water refill stations.
Galleria: Experience our IMEX letters, take some time out and enjoy some sunlight.
Hall 9: Inspiration Hub, exhibitors including MPI, Encore, and CIM, Information Zone, Hosted Buyer Lounge and workspaces for work, meetings or a quiet space. There are restrooms, water refill stations and Central Park food market.
